After being diagnosed with a nervous system disorder at just eight years old, Owen has since undergone two surgeries to get his seizures under control.

Owen is strong, and never let his diagnosis get in the way of him enjoying his childhood. Looking for some fun on the water, he wished to go whale watching on the West Coast (where he also ziplined and ate fresh lobster!) 🐳

Sarah, Owen's mom, told us how special his wish was: "Owen saw his wish as a bright light to look forward to at the end of all the medical tests and surgeries. We were able to enjoy our time together, in the moment, and not have to worry about the next appointment or test.” That's the power of a wish! ⭐
