To make a 2oz spray from any recipe: double the number of drops to a total of about 25 drops, add a splash of witch hazel and fill with filtered water. Spray on upholstered surfaces, bedding, rugs, anywhere you want to freshen!

For everyone who thinks you MUST use bleach to clean..here is a healthier version that won’t make you choke or wreak havoc on your health!!!

Ok who loves fabric softener 🧸 but they know it's full of toxic junk that makes their skin freak out? And their nervous system & hormones loath?
Me... ✋ my body will not tolerate the stuff.
So glad I figured that out years ago. But haven't found anything else to replace it. Till now.....🙌

DIY fabric softener
1 cup Copaiba Vanilla Conditioner
3 cups White Vinegar
5 cups Hot Water
Mix it up well.

Add a bit to your load & enjoy!

👉👉 The Importance of Vitamin B-Complex!

It’s absolutely critical that our bodies receive adequate levels of all 8 different forms of Vitamin B on a daily basis. Known as the B-complex, these 8 vitamins activate critical enzymes in our cells that both break down and build the molecules that are essential for life. Without these vitamins, our cells will fail to grow, divide, and differentiate, and the metabolic processes that provide us with a constant source of energy and vitality come to a screeching halt. Our red blood cells will not replenish, and our immune system will be impaired. Our DNA will fail to repair itself properly, and our stem cells will find it difficult to replace aging tissue.

The endocrine system is made up of various glands. The hypothalamus, pituitary gland, and pineal gland are in your brain. The thyroid and parathyroid glands are in your neck. The thymus is between your lungs, the adrenals are on top of your kidneys, and the pancreas is behind your stomach. EndoFlex supports all of these in some way!
