Please carefully read our modified operations below crafted to serve you in the best and safest way we can during these times.

New Protocols for Re-Opening:

Client Protection - All staff will wear masks, visors and gloves and will continue wash hands and thoroughly clean & disinfect rooms between appointments.

Masks Required – Please come in wearing a mask to cover your mouth & nose.

Sanitize - We will have hand sanitizer at the front door entrance. Clients will be asked to use hand sanitizer upon arrival.

Arrive Healthy – Please do not come if you have any symptoms such as a fever, cough, chills, body aches, etc. Please be symptom-free for 72 hours prior to your appointment.

Arrive Alone – We ask that you do not bring friends or family to your appointment.

Arrive On-Time - Please arrive on-time to avoid congestion and to give our estheticians time to fully disinfect all surface areas.

Keep it Minimal - Please limit personal belongings. Magazines will be removed, and food and beverages will not be available other than bottled water.

As the progression of the COVID-19 virus continues, Vivianna Day Spa will temporarily enter a partial closure as of Wednesday, March 17th.

In an effort to keep our team, clients and community safe, we are continuing with our stringent sanitization procedures and will only be accepting a limited number of waxing appointments on a case-by-case basis. Please call us if you would like an appointment, and one team member will speak with you to accommodate your request.

We will continue to monitor the recommendations provided by the World Health Organization (WHO) and Canadian government and will keep you posted on any changes.
