- **10:00 AM:** Gather at Senate Bank for a light breakfast
- **11:00 AM:** Departure via buses to the golf course
- **11:30 AM:** Arrival at Meadows Golf Course
- **12:00 PM:** Shotgun Start
- **4:15 PM:** Submit scorecards to a volunteer
- **5:00 PM:** Departure for the reception at The Senate Tavern on Bank
- **6:00 PM:** Arrival at the tavern
- **6:30 PM:** Dinner will be served

**Includes:**
- 18 holes of golf with a cart
- Transportation to and from the course
- Dinner at The Senate Tavern on Bank
- 3 alcoholic drinks

We are thrilled to welcome you and your group to The Gatineau Golf and Country Club. Here's a concise schedule for the day:

9:30 am: Gather at Senate Bank for a light breakfast
10:30 am: Departure via buses to the golf course
11:30 am: Arrival at Gatineau Golf & Country Club, followed by registration
12:00 pm: Shotgun Start
4:15 pm: After the golf game concludes, golfers will be guided back to the clubhouse.

Kindly remember to complete your scorecards before submitting them to a volunteer.

5:00 pm: Buses will be ready to depart for the reception at The Senate Tavern on Bank
6:00 pm: Arrival of golfers at the tavern
6:30 pm: Dinner will be served

As a friendly reminder, please ensure you have cash on hand to participate in raffles and other games on the golf course.
