Every Thursday Lunchtime Meditation

Dear Friends,

This is to invite you to Virtual Lunchtime Mindfulness Meditation this Thursday (March 25th from 12 noon to 1:00pm) with Bhante Suneetha. Since March 2020, Tuesday and Thursday lunchtime meditation at the temple has been cancelled due to the Covid-19 spread. After one year with Covid-19, unfortunately the situation has not been changed yet to start the meditation at the centre. Thus, we conduct this meditation every Thursday as a preparation to the future lunchtime Meditation at the temple.
