Then here are ✨5 quick tips✨ to keep in mind:

☀️ Have a backup plan (or two) for your backup plan! Be prepared for anything.

☀️ Weather can be unpredictable, so plan ahead in the event that it rains, snows, etc. You don't want you and all of your guests to get soaked!

☀️ Temperature control is another MAJOR thing to consider for outdoor weddings. If it's a scorcher outside, ensure to provide guests with plenty of water (and maybe even some sunglasses and a summer fan). If it's chillier out - or even downright cold - blankets will be a must!

☀️ Dress for the season! This is important for EVERYONE - from you, your spouse, and your wedding party, to all of the attendees. If it's a summer wedding, encourage everyone to opt for lighter, breathable fabrics. If it's a winter wedding, consider shawls, coats, and thick fabrics to stay warm.

☀️ Use your natural surroundings to your advantage! Often, this organic decor can be incorporated right into your big day - just as is!

💡 Thinking of hiring a live harpist 🎶 for your wedding ceremony?

Here are 5 reasons why you SHOULD:

💍 The harp is classy - full stop. We don't know about you, but whenever we hear a harp, we immediate associate it with grace and elegance. And if these are attributes you already want associated with your big day, then having a live harpist playing during your ceremony is a GUARANTEED way to set that tone! ✅

💍 In terms of your options for live ceremony instrumentals, a harp is arguably the most versatile! It's smaller than a piano and/or string quartet. It also produces a much fuller, more melodic sound than a guitar or violin (not to knock those instruments, mind you).

💍 Hiring a harpist is actually the more economical choice, too! Due to its range and variety of tones, a harp can basically be its own orchestra. Not only that, but your harpist will more than likely be knowledgeable enough to properly advise you on the right music choices, timing, etc.

💍 Hiring a harpist can be good for your budget! 💰 Firstly, it's cheaper to hire just one person, as opposed to a full band or orchestra. Secondly, there are countless harpists, and their rates vary, depending on their level of experience, education, etc. Therefore, it shouldn't be difficult for you to find one in your price range!

💍 Hiring a live musician allows wiggle room for improv! If you use a pre-recorded track, but then anyone in the wedding procession needs more time, things can feel rushed - or worse, the song might even end BEFORE everyone has had a chance to make it down the aisle. 😱 But a skilled musician playing live music will be able to improvise on the fly and, say, add an extra verse or chorus in order to buy more time (if more time for the processional and/or recessional is needed).

"We are so excited to share with you the highlights of our couples['] one-year wedding anniversary and housewarming party!

Our clients wanted to create an intimate, memorable housewarming party to welcome their loved ones to their new home and celebrate their one-year wedding anniversary. We drew inspiration from pairing white and neutral tones with the design[,] and grounding it with warm wood chairs. Gold metallic pops with crystal flatware added elegance to the table. A light tunnel was added for guests to dine under the stars, and a tent was added to protect guests from the elements. Guests enjoyed custom cocktails similar to their wedding day[,] and lounge areas to sit and catch up. Family-style dining was enjoyed[,] with guests removing a plate at a time off their place setting, creating an interactive experience.

✅ Start planning ahead of time! ⏱ Fall weddings are VERY popular - so if you leave things to the last minute, you'll quickly find them to be too expensive for your budget, or all booked up already!

✅ Embrace the autumn theme! 🍁 After all, you chose a fall wedding for a reason, right? So, don't go confusing everybody by decorating your big day with, say, a summer or winter vibe. Instead, lean into the season you chose and maximize it to its full potential!

✅ If having an outdoor wedding, be prepared for the changes that fall brings! ☀️🌙 Days start to grow shorter come autumn - meaning, the natural sunlight goes away much earlier. Not to mention, it can go from warm and comfortable to slightly chilly without much warning. So, make sure to plan for all this ahead of time so that you have adequate lighting and proper measures in place for temperature control. 🌡
