For 40 years, BeaverTails® Pastries have been served in the national capital region by BeaverTails Canada inc. Founders, Grant and Pam Ho**er. From their original stand which still operates in the heart of the Byward market, the Ho**ers expanded to six locations which serve the Rideau Canal Skateway and Winterlude, the Tanger Outlet and all major festivals in the Ottawa-Gatineau region. And now a band new location in the Glebe! The goal of all BeaverTails® Pastry operations is to serve our traditional whole-wheat treat with the highest possible degree of quality and service warmth.
