A community that moves together, thrives together. 👯‍♂️

We love our group Physio classes and the research shows the benefits too!

⭐️ 14 research articles show that group physio is as effective as individual care, plus group participants saw more independence, satisfaction, time spent on exercises, as well as a cost savings.

This is shown for a variety of conditions including urinary incontinence and pelvic floor dysfunction, osteoarthritis, lower back pain, shoulder pain, and other neurological conditions.

🌟Progressed over 4 to 6 weeks, series can be a compliment to or as a next step to ongoing allied care.

👏Uniquely tailored & evidence-informed to meet the needs of those with similar complaints, conditions and/or disease.

4. Kegels are typically not done functionally
5. The pelvic floor is only ONE aspect of our deep core
