Employment Accessibility Resource Network - EARN
EARN builds partnerships across communities to improve employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
We provide a coordinated access point for education and expertise on employment, accessibility and workplace inclusion for employers.
This past fall, EARN launched its first Shaping Accessible Employment Practices virtual session in the community. This program is a four-part series designed to help employers increase their comfort level in recruiting and retaining persons with disabilities; remove barriers to employment; discover the benefits of building and maintaining a mentally healthy workplace; and support individuals throughout each stage of the employee life cycle.
The pilot of these modules was extremely well received and we have now posted the dates for the modules in 2022. There is no cost to attending the series!

Local employers told us they wanted to know how to become more inclusive and accessible in their employment practices.
So, EARN worked with our community partners and members to create a four-part workshop series that improves skills and builds confidence in developing accessible recruitment and retention practices in the workplace.
EARN is proud to present this series, entitled "Shaping Accessible Employment Practices". These workshops will help employers, HR professions, managers and all employees understand the key elements that will allow them to access this untapped talent pool.
