To my partner, husband, friend, confidant... I love you.

Just a little update after 10 weeks post-op of large rotator cuff repair & bicep tenodesis... I am finally starting to feel like myself again. Although I still have some pain, it is nowhere near those first 10 weeks. I am still being careful and am diligent about doing my physio exercises. Looking forward to continued progress and am grateful for all the help and support I have received to get through this!

Please note that there will be no Capital Kizomba social tonight June 12th. Thanks for your understanding!

Reflecting on the Be You Kiz Festival, Mike and I want to share how special this event really was and what an honour it was for us to teach at! Showing a commitment to organizing to the finest of details and the most important of intentions, Samantha and Mimi took on organizing this event from the heart! The entire weekend glowed with the joy of learning and sharing together what truly was an “oeuvre d'art” from start to finish. It was simply an event to remember! For your passion, devotion, love and thoughtfulness, we want to once again share our appreciation and gratitude for all you did! Bravo et Merci!

BREAKING NEWS!!! This Saturday May 4th, we have very special guest URBAN KIZ instructors from the NETHERLANDS who will give an Urban Kiz (intermediate) workshop at Pure Havana! To start off the evening, Lynnette & Mike will give a beginner Urban Kiz workshop from 8:00-8:30pm. Then Joey & Sha will give an intermediate Urban Kiz workshop from 8:30—9:30pm.
