Today, we were presented with our ‘Air Canada Circle of Excellence’ recognition, by regional managers Jamie Fox and Grant Lawlor.

This is the 3rd year we’ve earned this status.

The Circle of Excellence Award is Air Canada’s highest honour for its travel agency partners in Canada. A travel agency like ours must meet a minimum sales target and a specific customer service target.

Opinion: Lynx Air Failure Reaffirms the Value of a Travel Advisor! Here we go again. Regrettably, the Travel and Tourism industry has been dealt a blow with yesterday's announcement regarding the failure of Calgary-based Lynx Airlines. (Read the story here). It is certainly not the first and will likely not be the last.
