One of our Government of Canada clients requires an Administrative Assistant for a 40 week contract. Must be bilingual, Must hld a Government of Canada Secret level security clearance, must have previous Government of Canada experience providing Administrative Assistant duties.
2.1. Scope of work/TASKS
• Support with information management i.e. build and maintain file management structure and ongoing file uploads, maintenance and updates of files to GC Docs; SharePoint and other IM systems
• Support tracking and processing of administrative files for procurement, HR and finance i.e. processing training requests, contract documents, security requests, staffing requests, invoice tracking and processing, budget forecast spreadsheets
• Support and coordinate meetings and registrations to learning events and other DGIA lead presentations/initiatives
• Receive, triage, and distribute messages that are received/need to be dispatched through the positional mailbox;
• Track receipt of messages that require monitoring the effectiveness of outreach;
• Dispatch messages to the DGO;
• Liaise with Translation Service in support of translation requests;
• Provide note taking support during meetings;

Information Management/Information Technology solutions consultant for a 11 months contract within the Government of Canada. This is within a Pay Solutions division.
Rate is $700 per day.

Enhanced level security clearance is also required.
Must have 10 years of experience providing Information Management/Information Technology solutions to senior management.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
• Reviewing existing internal and external reports
• Reviewing and analyzing existing business processes relating to Robotic Process Automation(RPA)
• Reviewing and analyzing existing integrated plans and testing strategies
• Reviewing and providing advice regarding direction, planning and performance, particularly to the Pay Solutions Branch and senior executives
• Providing advice on project related issues including briefing materials, position papers, speaking points, media information and presentations related to Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Providing ad-hoc support to the executives within the Branch

6. Location of Work:
The Work must be performed at PSPC locations in the National Capital Region, using a Government of Canada issued laptop. The main location of work is expected to be the PSPC office located at 140, O’Connor (Esplanade Laurier), East Tower, 20th Floor, Ottawa, Ontario, K1A 0K2. However, due to Covid-19, the Contractor’s Personnel will be able to work remotely from locations within the National Capital Area, using their Government of Canada issued laptops, until further notice.
