Tonight we finished off our week ‘One Breath at a Time Reiki & Restore’ workshop with the Crown Chakra. It has been a fabulous 7 weeks and we are incredibly grateful to have had so many amazing people join us! 💜

Join us this week as we wrap up our seven week chakra series with the crown chakra! Our crown chakra is our energetic centre that governs our higher consciousness, spirituality and oneness with the divine. It is located at the top/crown of our head and resonates with the colour violet. 💫

Having a balanced crown chakra means having inner peace, feeling connected to one’s life purpose, and fully understanding it. This chakra gives us a sense of our own divinity and the awareness that we are a soul in a human body having a human experience.

As we activate the crown chakra we will be working through a variety of activities including breathwork, guided meditation, aromatherapy, colour integration, energy healing, a creative venture and wrapping it all up with a soul soothing sound bath. You will also learn how to strengthen and balance the crown chakra on your own, plus take home a fabulous goodie bag!

5 weeks, Mondays 6 - 9pm

This course is taught over a five week period to allow for ample practice and integration of the reiki/energy therapy teachings. You will learn a variety of energy therapy techniques and modalities in addition to the foundational teaching of the Usui Reiki energy healing system, level one. You will also learn about the importance of your energetic health, raising your vibration, strengthening/accessing your intuition, self healing, chakras, chakra balancing/activation, sound therapy, crystal therapy, aromatherapy and more! The focus of this class will be learning how to open up your own energetic channels and how to use these modalities to heal yourself by activating your chakras, improving your overall energetic health and enhancing your body’s own natural healing ability. You will also begin to learn how to use reiki & energy therapy with others. Upon successful completion you will receive your Reiki Level One Certification.
