Artisan bars. Earl grey and lavender toffee, mint cream, maple pecan caramel. A few different techniques to achieve the look. Airbrushing and high pressure air are my favorite applications.

Floppy Ear bunnies all done and on the floor. The heads are stuffed with snowballs, meringue and chocolate chicks. The carrots are marzipan. Tedious little guys but worth every hour.

I'll have my Floppy Bunny's ready by Saturday. A little behind...one man show. Majority milk with white chocolate whiskers and little treats inside.

Num num. I freeze my snowballs before I scarf them down. Extra chewy. When I was a wee boy my grandad would visit every summer from Scotland with smokies, frys fondant bars and snowballs. I was honored to get this recipe from my uncle who was a Master Baker in Scotland.

Artisan eggs filled with bits of sponge toffee, bunny tails, jelly beans and more!!! Double layered in white chocolate and milk chocolate.
