Now that I have your attention, I wanted to share that the Peterborough Army Cadets are hosting an open house on Tuesday Sept 19th from 6:30-7:30 at the Armory on Murray St. And yes, they're giving out free Beaver Tails to all who attend!
This program is open to all youth aged 12-18 and is 100% free to join. All uniforms, trips, teams etc. are also free! I can say from personal experience that this program is amazing for kids. It teaches them discipline, leadership, comradery, and independence to name a few things.
If you're looking for something different to get your kids off devices and out learning lifelong skills please consider attending next week!
