We spent 34 man hours just doing the finish which was 3 costs of clear Satin urethane with sanding between coats with 800 grid up to 1500 grid sand paper..

Little project I'm doing now these are the before pictures on this project...
Prep work 4 days to make my walls smooth for painting sanded between coats, I primed the entire job with the Grayco 390 airless sprayer..backrolled every surface..applied 2 coats of high-quality Sherwin Williams paints on walls baseboards trims,doors and ceilings.

I'm just cleaning up my project for my clients, I'll post the finished product after my final clean up
