We will be offering delivery this week from Wednesday to Saturday (the 23rd), or you can place an order for pickup until Sunday the 24th.

We will probably sell out so be sure to get your orders in ASAP!

The Early Grey shop is now open!

After a few very busy months, the doors are finally open at 300 Main St in Picton.
I hope you’ll come by and enjoy all the fun and cute things we are selling.

Flower deliveries will start next week once we update our website, but we will have some little pre-made arrangements for you to pickup this long weekend.

Stay tuned for more updates to come, like a new sign and new branding!

Job Description: Part-Time Floral Assistant

We are hiring! We are seeking a creative and reliable part-time Floral Assistant who is enthusiastic about helping us grow our business.

Responsibilities:
* Assist with the processing and care of fresh flowers
* Floral design for retail arrangements and events
* Maintain shop cleanliness and organization
* Provide friendly customer service
* Occasional help with event set-ups

Requirements:
* Creativity and a keen eye for detail
* A friendly demeanour and positive attitude
* Team player who takes direction well and is self-motivated
* Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks, lift heavy flower buckets, and stand for extended periods.
* Flexibility to work on weekends, some holidays, and during peak summer season as needed.
* Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.
* A passion for flowers! Either you have experience in the floral industry, or it’s an industry you’d like to get into and you are ready to learn as much you can. We will teach you!
* Having a driver’s license is a plus!

Start date will be in June, and salary will be based on experience.

✨Big news for Early Grey✨

After spending the last 2 years in a tucked away studio, Early Grey will be opening a retail shop for flowers and gifts, right on Picton Main Street!

In addition to offering flowers for weddings and events, Early Grey will now offer daily flower deliveries, à la carte options for elopements and intimate weddings, and a carefully selected array of gifty items.

There’s still lots to do before we open, but you’ll be able come visit the shop sometime in June. Stay tuned for updates, including new branding!

I am so excited for what’s to come and also so grateful for all your support these past 2 years. Couldn’t do this without you all!

That’s a wrap on wedding season 2022!

Thank you to all the wonderful couples who hired me to add beauty to their wedding day. I am so grateful that you allow me to do this for a living.

I’d like to also thank all the vendors I worked alongside this year - planners, caterers, photographers, venue staff, and more who help make the magic happen.
I can’t forget the amazing freelancers and friends who worked with me this summer, you are the best!
And duh, the flower farmers and suppliers who provide the magical flowers we use!
Lastly, thank you to my friends and family who are patient with me when I forget to answer texts, listen to my complaints and worries, help out when I need an extra hand, and don’t mind when I pass out on the couch on Saturday before 6pm.

2022 was a big one, and I can’t wait to see what 2023 has in store.
We still have availability for next year, so reach out if you’d like to book our services!
