ECO Concrete Levelling

A big thanks to our amazing team who worked tirelessly in +35 degree weather yesterday to wrap up a project for our friends at the RM of Frenchman Butte.

The pavement above 3 culvert crossings had dropped, so we injected our hydrophobic foam into the sub base and lifted the pavement back up to grade. The entire project took them 10 hours, with no road closures! Also a big thank you to the staff at the RM for suppling us with flag people to keep our boys safe and the road moving.

Another successful project we completed for our friends at Pier Solutions in Manitoba!
The water level would rise, causing undermining and erosion around the culvert. To mitigate the issue, deep foam injections around the culvert system and embankment with HF402 Hydrophobic foam was used to stabilize the soils. This innovative method to preserve the infrastructure not only is completed in a few hours, it is a huge cost savings to the Municipality compared to conventional excavation.

When can polyurethane lifting be done?

Any concrete lifting is dependent on the weather. In our Saskatchewan climate, outside work is generally done from May 1st through mid-November.

If there is frost in the ground we cannot raise concrete. However, interior slabs in heated buildings can still be raised.
