HAPPY NEW YEAR! In spite of the rollercoaster of restrictions and lockdowns the Kor community remains strong, active and more cohesive than ever.

The Kor tribe rode out 11 of the last 14 months in our living rooms, basements, laundry rooms and we are very happy to report that we are BACK to our beautiful studio. The vibe of our tribe is simply unbelievable and I am privileged to coach these amazing humans every single week!
Socially distanced workout pods for strength training classes and for spinning. Spots are filling up FAST! Strength training classes are hybrid format, offered in person AND virtually. Spinning is in person but a hybrid option is in the works...stay tuned...
