After 5 years of Domenic and Julie ruling the competition, Lindsay came through this year with a massive blowout - winning with 110 votes! (2nd place got 46 votes 🤯)

Our Physio Kate finished the Chicago Marathon!🤩🥳

This was her 2nd of the 6 World Major Marathons 🤯
Boston ✅ Chicago ✅

Kate had been recovering from stress fracture in her femur, so she wasn’t able to train how she usually would but was still able to complete the race. How amazing is that!
We can’t forget to mention that her boyfriend Mike raced and finished with her as well 🙌🏼
Kate says “it was a gorgeous day and a lovely course. The crowds were uplifting and so encouraging. Chicago was amazing!”

Here’s your mid-day reminder from Harlow to ✨stretch✨

Need some ideas?
•pull one arm at a time across your chest and hold for 30 seconds
•open both arms wide and deep breaths (stretching chest and pecs- we’re looking at you computer workers!)
•stand up and slowly reach arms wide to over head then bend at hips towards your toes
•take it from Harlow: child’s pose or downward dog

Stretching at work increases blood supply which can decrease fatigue and brings more nutrients to your muscles. It also just feels so goooooooodddd!

Physiotherapists Julie and Shannon were part of the circuit, offering 2 minute treatments to the circuit go-ers. It was a hit!
