It's been a long, long, very long time hasn't it? I fell off the face of the earth for a few years. I had sold my table when I let the space go that I had been using for Reiki but guess what? My new table came in and mid September I'll be able to start accepting some appointments again. Feel free to contact me for more information and my upcoming availability, it feels great to be back!

It's been so very long since I've posted. How is everyone holding up? These certainly have been trying times for many people and I want to remind every single person that reads this that we've got this, stay strong. During times like this we need to remember to help each other and be kind to one another. Not everyone will deal with a situation like this in the same way so please check on family and friends, remind them that all of this is temporary and together, we can all do this. What has been the most difficult part of the recent situation for you?

I also have several appointments available for Wellness Wednesday - All of our regular weekday services are available by donation for existing and new clients. You can place your donation in an envelope if you'd like.

Our Oct 15th Aromatherapy Bracelet make and take is full. We will be creating a second bracelet make and take for the end of October or early November, we will confirm the exact date within the next couple of days.

We have three spaces left for Try It Tuesday - this coming Tuesday September 25th, 11am, 1pm and 2:30. If you have never had a session at Wellness In The Woods now is the time to try it. Select from a full Reiki session, chakra balancing or chakra clearing and charging. If you feel that the session was of no value to you, there is no monetary obligation. Some great new offers! Wellness Wednesdays and Try it Tuesdays! Our first Try it Tuesday is September 25 and our first Wellness Wednesday is October 3, book early to reserve your session!

Our first couples energy session took place this past Sunday and it was an amazing experience for all. At this time, couples sessions are only available on the weekends - morning, afternoon or evening appointments. Invite a friend, relative or your spouse for an hour session with two Reiki Masters working at the same time, in the same room. For a limited time, you can invite a friend, relative or your spouse to have an energy session with you for just $90. This is a savings of $20 for the joint session. Appointment must be booked by September 30th and used in 2018.

Photos of our Reiki room :) This room is currently available to rent out the odd days during the week if anyone is interested in a space outside of their home. Please contact us for more information. We'll be using our space 2 or 3 days per week.

The office was broken into yesterday by way of an old exterior window that had been framed in and dry walled. This was done to gain access to the building and nothing in my office was taken. I've shifted my appointments until this hole can be fixed, sorry everyone!

Appointments are available starting July 16th! Specials - One hour Reiki Energy Sessions $40 - must be purchased before July 31st, regular price $60. We'll also add in the use of a chakra balancing oil for your session and you'll have the option to add a Chakra Energy Balance for an additional $15. If you select the works you'll be saving $40. Good news everyone! Reiki energy sessions and chakra balances will soon be available downtown again, by appointment only. We are currently looking at taking appointments from July 16th onward and our aromatherapy jewelry and essentials oils will also be available to purchase in office. Leading up to the opening we'll be giving away two free reiki sessions. August and September we'll also be offering Reiki sessions in the woods - Ness Lake area, weather permitting. I'll post more details when they're finalized, see everyone soon!

A limited number of Chakra Balancing kits are coming in tomorrow! $44 for the complete kit. This little kit contains all 8 Chakra Balance synergies in a little organza bag. The bottles are 4 ml in a convenient slim shape. Each kit also contains a small instruction pamphlet. I have samples now of all of the scents and I have to say these are simply amazing. These balance kits are created in Calgary Alberta.

Appointments are available for Reiki treatments and Chakra Balances. We don't have any weekend appointments available for the next three weeks but do have time slots available during the week. I was out in the woods yesterday and remembered I had this crystal in my pocket that I received when I completed my Reiki Master training.This is close to the area that I'll be doing Reiki in the woods and was chosen because of the energy I feel there. In the photo, I wanted to see if the camera could pick up anything if I let Reiki flow through my palm and the crystal. I love this photo and wanted to share ❤️

It's been much too long since my last post - I'm currently looking for space for weekly Reiki sessions in town for those who may be interested. As soon as I can get everything together, I'll also be offering Reiki in the woods (Ness Lake Area) for as long as the weather holds up. Can't imagine having a Reiki treatment in the woods? Think of a warm summer day, laying with your eyes closed, birds singing, a light breeze, the fresh air and aroma of trees surrounding you, receiving the energy of all that is in nature and the energy of Reiki. Friday and Saturday are the last 2 days for our fantastic prices on leggings. This type of legging will no longer be sold under the Wellness In The Woods name. I'll be at the Queensway Event Market Friday and Saturday for the Leggings and Jeans Sale Fundraiser between 1 and 5pm. Stop in and pick up some great deals. This Friday and Saturday from noon - 5pm both days I'll be at the Queensway Event Market - 2649 Queensway for their Jeans and Legging Sale. I will have lots of leggings there including some h**p and bamboo leggings as well. Great deals to be had for everyone who attends!

The Jeans and Leggings sale has been moved to March 9 & 10 and won't be happening tomorrow afternoon.

Incoming - Our clothing is shifting away from mass produced clothing to more environmentally friendly clothing. In the Months to come we'll be introducing bamboo, h**p, organic cotton and rPET - in our case the textiles have been partially created from recycled water bottles from Haiti and Honduras. In fleece and jersey these are 50% rPET (recycled polyester) and 50% cotton. In the performance jersey, this is 84% rPET and 16% spandex. Super excited to be offering these options in the near future here in PG. Some of the clothing options available will be unisex, hooray!

Still lots of great deals left! Will be bringing more tops tomorrow as I forgot a box or two.
