Diet is so very important to our health. This is some good info.
Eating healthy on a budget is possible! The MS Diet I eat is whole food plant based and I try to choose the healthiest options. Eating the best foods possible can help with multiple sclerosis symptoms and may help protect us from progression. Saving money on the most nutritious foods is possible. In this video I share tips on how to save money but still fuel our bodies with the most nutrient dense, anti-inflammatory foods possible!

Hey friends! Living with MS, we know how tough those hot days can be. Cooling towels are a game-changer! Just wet, wring, and drape them around your neck for instant relief. They help regulate body temperature and keep you feeling fresh.
π§ Remember, staying hydrated is crucial! Keep a water bottle handy and sip throughout the day. Hydration + cooling towels = a perfect combo for summer comfort.

Stepping outside your comfort zone is where the magic happens! π« I've recently conquered two fears: holding a snake π and parasailing(landing in the water was the fear) πͺ. It's amazing how a small step can lead to a giant leap of confidence!
Remember, growth happens when we push ourselves beyond what we think we're capable of. So, whether it's facing your fear of snakes, or trying something new(like joining a gym or fitness class), take that leap! You might just surprise yourself. πͺ

Morning: Rise and shine with a nutritious breakfast to kickstart the day! ποΈββοΈ Mid-morning: Time to sweat it out with a killer workout session. No excuses! π₯ Lunch: Refueling with a balanced meal to keep me energized. πΆββοΈ Afternoon: Stay active with a brisk walk or some light stretching. π½οΈ Dinner: Ending the day on a satisfying note with a wholesome dinner and another brisk walk. Also tons of water and some actual work sprinkled throughout the day π»
Consistency is key, and I'm committed to nourishing my body and staying active every step of the way. π―
πΏπ Fueling up with a vibrant green smoothie for lunch today! π Swapped out mixed berries for fresh strawberries, opted for unsweetened almond milk over cashew milk, and added a tablespoon of Greek yogurt instead of flaxseed. π Remember, smoothie recipes are flexible! Feel free to tweak ingredients to suit your taste, just keep it within the guidelines of acceptable substitutes. Cheers to health and creativity in the kitchen! π₯³
