Mudjacked a garage 9 inches. The patio blocks along the outside lifted with the garage due to the pad sticking out from the garage. They were level before we started. The owner now can get rid of his step coming out of the house.

Lifted a floating floor in a storage garage yesterday. The door area was down 3 1/2 inches and the back was down 7 inches.

Another compaction grouting job on piles on an attached garage. The garage rotated back into place

Used compaction grouting to help tighten under the ground at the Prince Albert hospital air conditioning unit. Lifted it about five and a half inches. They unhooked the conduit. The pipe was attached to the box before the lift

Took care of a couple trip hazards at a business today. Now it’s safe for their customers

Lifting a house approximately 3 inches. When a house or pile settle they rotate out. When you lift them back it pulls the attached sidewalk with it. You’ll see in the pictures how it moved the sidewalk with the house and rotated the house from the ground. If you’ve got a house sinking or piles give us a call.

Lifting in front of some bridges today to take bump out of it. One side is down about 2 inches and the other side was down about 3-4 inches. We used our compaction grouting method to tighten up the sub base

Another 5 inch lift on a garage. This one had a shed attached on the back. For got to take a before picture of the shed but the pad was like the garage at ground level

Little bit of a wet day today but lifted this garage, driveway and sidewalk about 5-6 inches. A little bit of landscaping needed now

We were hired by a customer that had two different foam companies try to lift his job and never got the pad up. He even got charged by both even though the job wasn’t done properly. They told him that it couldn’t be lifted up the way it should be. We went out and the pad was empty except a few areas and there was no problem lifting it back up.

The weather was good enough to fit one last job for the year We helped a screw pile company lift a garage while they lifted the walls we lifted and filled the pad we lifted the pad approximately 12 inches

Weather has helped get in some late jobs. Did a backfill in a crawl space at one of the rinks in town. Easier then pailing in 10 yards of material. Filled around two new sump pits.

Office space lifted and voids filled. Now the space can be renovated.

Driveway was down 7inches. The owner will have a little landscaping to do but now everything slopes away and can add more grade at back to shed the water from the house. Front area at the sidewalk the home owner will have to adjust the wood sidewalk to match the slope on front area.
