We are searching for an engaging, courteous tearista who is passionate about bubble tea as we are! The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude and enjoys working with people.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers and taking their orders
- Educating customers about the menu options
- Preparing and serving orders
- Preparing teas and drink toppings
- Cleaning and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Maintaining a clean service and dining area
- Re-stocking storage area and maintain its organization
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service is an asset but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
- Experienced and comfortable with working busy shifts
- Food Safety Certificate is considered an asset
