There are only 3 reasons for any imbalance that I’m aware of …

Stress, stress or stress.

The complicated part is figuring out if it is physical stress, nutritional stress, emotional stress or a specific unique to you combination of those three stored in the memory, and usually long forgotten.

When I developed emotional reflexology, I had noticed that some reflexes would be tender and just wouldn’t release.

I couldn’t figure out why until I understood that the body remembers what the head forgets!

When I was able to help clients remember those stories, release the emotions tied to them, the body and mind relaxed.

If they don’t have Marty McFly’s time machine, they can’t get them back because they can’t go back in time to have the same perspective that had been shifted because once we know better, we do better, and it provides the opportunity to live in the moment with a new outlook on life.
