Bio:
Matt was born in Georgetown, Texas and received a football scholarship after high school to attend Sam Houston State University. In 2003, he was signed by the and in 2007, he was part of the Grey Cup Championship Team!🏆🏈
After his career in the CFL, Matt pursued a career in real estate and became a broker and top producer in Regina. In 2020, Matt and his wife, Jennifer, along with their three kids, decided to make the move back home to Texas. Matt has continued his real estate career, primarily focusing on helping clients with real estate investments.

Leo came to Saskatchewan in 2007 and completed his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Saskatchewan in Saskatoon. In 2013 he moved to Regina and in 2018 he began his career in real estate.

The snow didn’t stop this home in Regina Beach from selling quickly! One would have thought it would’ve been easier to get the For Sale sign out being it sold within weeks buuuut between the short listing and selling time the ground froze and mama had to use some serious muscle to get that sucker out!💪🏼🦸🏻‍♀️

Regina Market Stats - August 👩🏻‍💻🌾

Sales remained relatively strong last month in the city, rising above 2021 levels and well above long-term trends. 

The recent string of sales compared to new listings have weighed on inventory, but inventory is not as tight as it was earlier in the year.

The benchmark price was $327,000, a decline relative to last month but not unusual for this time of year. The benchmark price remains nearly 3% higher on a year-over-year basis.

Regina Market Stats - July 👩🏻‍💻🌾

July sales remained relatively strong in the city, supporting year-to-date sales of 2,379, a 1% gain over last year’s record pace. At the same time, new listings did ease compared to the previous year, but it was not enough to cause any significant shift in inventory levels which remained similar to last month and over 13% lower than last years levels.

When considering the sales and inventory in the market, the months of supply remained above three months in July, still low relative to historical standards and last years levels, but an improvement over the levels seen earlier this year. The relatively low months of supply continued to support some modest upward pressure on homes prices, but at rates slower than what was experienced in the early spring.

As of July, the benchmark price reached $330,600, slightly higher than last month and nearly 4% higher than levels reported in July 2021.
