Monday and Wednesday's will be all Levels.

Tuesday and Thursday's will start at 630 PM.

2 Day Seminar, June 22/23.

Alex is coming off a great performance at the 2024 IBJJF World Championships.

Alex secured a bronze medal by beating Kennedy Maciel in the male feather Weight division.
