It is with mixed feelings that we announce the retirement of our beloved and much appreciated
Manager Lynne. It is difficult to sum up all of her achievements over 45+ years of dedicated service.

She is well-loved by her staff and customers. She is a good example of what Customer Service should be like. Always smiling, friendly, and easygoing. She makes sure customers are happy to the point where our regulars bring their whole family to share memories together.

Lynne, may your retirement be filled with endless days travelling to spend more time with your daughter Tanya and grandsons Alex and Diego in Mexico. Take this time to create beautiful memories and hope you'll enjoy your much-deserved break.

Lynne's last day will be on Sept 30(Saturday)A message board is now available at the store until Saturday. We invite you to come and share your memories and well wishes to this iconic face of DQ Richmond!
