Halloween is almost here, eat well before you go out with your goblins and witches. Prepare our easy meals in minutes and no one will be hangry while trick or treating!

Instant Pot Rajma
🥣 optional: add diced ginger and onions to oil and sauté until onions are translucent
🥣 add 1 pkg Pure Tadka to instant pot on saute mode for 2-3 minutes (stir)
🥣 add 1.25 cup red kidney beans, mix well
🥣 add 3-4 cups water, mix well
🥣 change to high pressure mode, lock lid in place and cook ~25mins for soaked beans, ~ 60 mins for unsoaked beans
🥣 dish is ready when beans are tender

Enjoy! Add dahi or sour cream for a tempered taste.

Regardless of which meat curry you decide to make, chicken, lamb, goat or another, the process is the same (and so easy)!

1. Add 1 pkg Meat Tadka to pot
2. Add ~ 2lbs of meat (marinated in 1/4 cup sour cream, or just add sour cream to pot)
4. Add water (amount is based on desired consistency of curry)
5. Optional: add fried onions to thicken curry and enhance flavour if your adding more water
Cook until meat is cooked through. Enjoy!

With Pure Tadka
🥣 add 1 pkg Pure Tadka
🥣 add ~2lbs chicken
🥣 add 1-2 cups water depending on the consistency you want for your curry
🥣 cover and cook on medium, stirring occasionally u top meat is cooked through

Meat Tadka
🥣 add 1 pkg Meat Tadka
🥣 optional: marinate ~2lbs chicken in 1/4 cup sour cream (or just add chicken and sour cream to Tadka in pan)
🥣 add 1/4 cup water slowly, stirring occasionally, cook on medium until chicken is cooked through
