Introducing Animal spice. This combination of spices is something Rick perfected over the years when he started backpacking, making all of the meal prepped dehydrated meals taste just a little bit better!

This blend of spices goes on everything you can think of!!

While camping for the last 10 days we realized there was something missing from our trailer that would make our life much much easier. A tap for our sink!

The sink has been there for awhile, but without a tap or system to remove the water we were stuck using the plastic container and siphoning water out of our jugs below.

We were able to make the tap out of left over copper tubing from another project, the motor was gifted to us and the pen line was also from a previous project.

We now have a fully functioning sink for running water and for liquid removal inside the trailer!!

Another little trash panda project from earlier in the season.

Zoe has always dreamed of having a garden but due to moving or living in apartments this dream has been just that. We recently had a friend who was replacing his deck and kindly donated the boards to us. Allowing us to create new garden beds for the yard.

We have since planted zucchini, carrots, cucumbers, potatoes, peas, onions, lettuce, peppers and 3 different kinds of tomatoes. Many of our plants this year came from the St. Albert plant swap,trade,sell giving us the chance to trade a couple zucchini’s for more established tomato’s.

Looking forward to being able to get some fresh veggies off these plants in the very near future!

Introducing our new travel sized cribbage boards. After making the prototype years ago out of duck tape, Rick finally decided that he needs to share his backcountry cribbage board with everyone!

They are trifolding, wrapped in a beautiful leather and come with metal pegs (making them just a little more fancy), they will also come with a pack of regular playing cards (though we recommend getting yourself some waterproof ones after all, this is Alberta!)

They are selling for $65 and at this moment in time we only have 8 in stock (with a restock coming whenever we sell out!) we have multiples of the two and three player boards available.

All boards are upcycled from parents, friends and garage sales!

One of the first projects that Trash panda made for inside our home was our adventure board!

The frame itself is made from an upcycled IKEA bed frame that the slats got busted so instead of throwing it away we burned the edges, reused the hardware, and ran string to make a web. After that we printed our favourite photos of our adventures and added some memories and achievements and warn bam thank you ma’am.

Since it’s creation we have added many more pictures and many more memories!

The project that originally inspired Trash Panda Creations.

The Trash Panda tear drop trailer was started back in 2018 with the help of Ricks daughter Lyli and his parents. Taking the tent trailer frame and building it from the bottom up to make the amazing little unit that it is now.

There are so many cool features on this trailer. One of them is the newly installed 270 degree awning from which has done an amazing job of keeping us dry from the rain but also providing shade on those hot summer days!

The best feature of the trailer however is that it is made from at least 80% recycled materials! May that be from other projects or job sites, by using recycled and upcycled materials we are able to do our part in preventing more waste from being created.
