Little Bear on your bicycle
Oh how they cheer
They do not have the fear
Or respect you deserve
They smile and laugh
And they would Dash
Popcorn at your face
Treat you in disgrace
And when you say enough
And the bicycle goes away
They no longer want to play
You become this awkward thing
To stay away

You are strength and beauty
And you have many duties
Do not let this
Distract you on your way
For you or not
Made up of their thoughts
And you have a strong heart

Feels like it could consume
Part of me
But her gentle ways
Allows me to gaze
And be amazed
By the silence
The simple quietness
This says child
Everything is okay
And come with me

When Bear Spoke

When Bear spoke to me
He spoke to me of strength
He spoke of the medicines
And connections
As we walked Raven flew
And we went from walking on all fours
To fly with claws as we soared
And I felt the power of my Guide's call
My Spirit Journeyed Back
And I felt the hotness of my tears
I felt a relief from the years
Of being told you are crazy
For the walk with me
No one's words can take
What I see
When I feel lost
My protectors watch over Me
And I know now
I can traverse this great River of Life

Calling Back Spirit

As I call
I called this Spirit back
Please Spirit come back
This body needs to heal
It needs to feel
And deal with all these emotions
Now slightly Frozen
As the reels begin to steal
Those happy precious moments of the day
Twisting them into some form of dismay
I want to scream
What's wrong with me
How can such a bright light turn gray
Why is it so hard to just hit replay
And be grateful
So many reasons to live
So many reasons to die
And only so many ways to cry
Spirit come back
I need you
I see the wisp of a shadow
Of you gliding slightly hiding
Fearful
Feeling unworthy of this journey
The Creator has plans for you
And the Eagle feather new
It spoke to you... But did it
Old lies and wounds that were taught
Creek maliciously into each thought
As I try to banish them and dismay
The Spirit today was a good day
The heaviness in my heart
Tells me we are still apart
And I need you
So hold your hand until you feel safe
And remember that this is a good place
Because I love you

They gave eachother and the smaller painting circle fits inside Grandmother Moon on the bigger painting and also the same height as the feathers to be in protection as Grandmother Moon turns into a dreamcatcher

Finally finished my painting. It's a painting of me😊 All the different guides and medicines I call on to try and help me through my healing journey. It's already gifted as one of my thank you paintings for being able to attend a shamanistic program. I know I have many years before I'm at that stage but being able to hear the knowledge and wisdom and connections is a great big blessing. I wanted to gift them me. I hope they like it😊 I'm so grateful to have healers in my life who see me and value the different ways I'm able to say thank you😊
