Happy Father’s Day to all the wonderful dads out there!

I’m not sure if it was the stormy weather or just getting older but for the first time, I reached out for my magnesium butter during a leg workout.

My left knee was throbbing and it was difficult to engage the muscles I needed to work. I should mention that it’s the knee I’ve injured over 10 years ago in a scooter accident.

After a quick application I went through my workout, and noticed that the stiffness and pain in my knee was significantly reduced. The magnesium butter seemed to provide a gentle, sustained relief, allowing me to move more freely and complete my exercises without constant discomfort.

Pregnancy,
What a great topic for a Wednesday morning when you’re experiencing extreme leg cramps. At 37 years old and pregnant with my second, it’s very apparent that my body needs a lot more magnesium than last time.
The pain in the middle of the night or when you’re trying to pick something up from the floor (toys it’s always toys) is more than annoying.
I’ve been applying the magnesium butter with CBD as a daily lotion rather than once in a while meditation because it happens so frequently.
Why is it so much different from my first? Perhaps the supplements loaded with calcium and other good things for this mama. I happen to think I’ve got one of the best vegan supplements this time around. My Dr. is impressed with all my bloodwork and I’m feeling pretty good for over 30 weeks. But those leg cramps are a constant reminder that I really do need MORE magnesium. On it!

This week we have been reflecting on all the wonderful mothers we know. We wanted to show appreciation to all the hard working beautiful souls that are also moms…. and we found that it’s Every Single One.

Moms are tough.
Moms are tired.
Moms still find a way to be loving and kind.

Most of all as the owner of this little company I want to share how amazing it is to be a mom for Me. I LOVE being a mom.
It gave me a different purpose, it made me tougher in life and although there were a lot of changes I found that Alchemist that needed to emerge. I experienced love like never before and I feel stronger than ever thought possible.
I learned to flow through life instead of getting stuck in what feels a wall. I feel around to find that door, window or any sort of opening to get to the other side. That’s motherhood to me. I hope you enjoy your day as much as I will, loving and appreciating Mamas in my life and the mini that made it possible 💕
