In most cases, buyers will request a home inspection prior to purchasing your home. If any issues arise during this inspection, it can give the buyer greater negotiating power, or may even cause them to back out of the deal. A pre-inspection gives you time to address any potential issues, or plan on pricing your home accordingly.
