For anyone who's wondering, this has been a favourite go-to lunch of mine over this past year. Roasted cauliflower tossed in hot wing sauce and topping a salad with creamy dressing. It did not disappoint today either. 😋

The perfect pairing to a *stuck in the house* date night is bite-size snacks on a charcuterie board that incorporates veggies. 🥕 🫑🥒

What recipes do you make over and over again? For me, it's some version of this taco salad. Salsa or guac, hot sauce or jalapenos, chicken or beans, it's always delicious. Excited to enjoy this old favourite again in our household tonight. 🥬🌶️🌽
