We will start at 10:30 am with a meeting. Anyone doing Grip Comp will weigh in then.

Lifting starts at 11:00. Grip lifts first then move on to conventional deads.

Note: gym will be closed until 5pm Dec 11th

Team Barbarian had an amazing turnout at the Novice Showdown this past weekend! We were co-host with .strongman at what could hopefully be an annual event!
