❄️ Winter Hours ❄️ The Saskamper store will be open 11-4 Tuesday - Friday for the months of January- March. If you ever need us during when the store is closed, please don’t hesitate to call or message. We will always help accommodate our customers.

Another busy day here at our Midtown Mall Pop up, but we did have a lot of questions on where exactly is the store inside the mall. We are located across from the backdoors where the MEC was supposed to go into. Just down from the studio and the Tim Hortons beside Stardust. Hope that helps a bit. We are open every day leading up Christmas, so stop by and check us out.

I then make a program for you each week. Plug it all into my app (which you have access to) and then we start!
You have accountability as I give you feedback on your workouts, see if you missed workouts, see what weights you are using in your workouts, I can even have you show me a set of an exercise so I can check technique if I’m concerned 😉
It’s pretty slick and great!
You can start and stop at anytime .

Why did you spill the coffee?

Wrong answer.
You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup.
Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea.
*Whatever is inside the cup is what will spill out.*
Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It's easy to fake it, until you get rattled.
*So we have to ask ourselves... “what's in my cup?"*

I've been asked many times What is the difference between hypnosis and meditation
WELL THE DIFFERENCE between hypnosis and meditation is a simple question with an impossible and very complex answer.
It’s like asking what the difference is between alcohol and wine.
Though meditation and hypnosis differ they are also alike, in that they both induce deeply relaxing and calming states of mind, reducing stress and anxiety in our lives
Meditation is a life long practice that allows results to happen in a more spontaneous way.. Many people struggle with the devotion and commitment meditation requires. Meditation has no particular goal other than to completely empty the mind and be free of all thoughts.
Hypnosis on the other hand is entered with a goal in mind and changes can happen instantly.

Meditation reduces activity in the brain.
Hypnosis increase the brains frontal lobe activity.

Hypnosis and meditation are equally beneficial and there is a place for both. They are different tools for different purposes for different people.
