Wild BC Spot Prawns are a delicacy known around the world for their sweet, delicate flavour and firm texture. They are the largest of the seven commercial species of shrimp found on the west coast of Canada with their harvest season spanning from early May to mid June.We feel incredibly privileged to be able to work with wild, sustainably harvested spot prawns from the Canadian coastal waters and to offer this delicacy to all of our Saskatchewan seafood lovers once a year.

This year's June menu features BC spot prawns sautéed w/ ‘Our Farm’ garlic, shallots, spinach & cherry tomatoes, west coast salmon & dill pommes dauphine, cucumber crème fraiche & organic olive oil.

UNLIKELY PAIRINGS ART SHOW

Until June 29th we have the privilege of showing the art by .

Brenda Kennedy works in both abstract and expressive representational styles and finds inspiration and pleasure from the never-ending process of creating. She curiously follows what the material will do in hopes of making the absolute statement. She ventured into collaging shapes and spaces, with acrylic mediums and colour, using traditional methods of drawing, painting, printmaking and collage.

The ”unlikely pairings” may depict a remembered or imagined place or situation. The work might show a history of gestural marks and layers of information from the investigation of shapes, space and colours.

FATHER'S DAY BRUNCH
