So I am back from our travel adventures and have been busy in the kitchen. Please note that I have a number of items that I will not be restocking before I close down for the season in the 3rd week of June.
All baking is prepared in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen by an experienced celiac baker. Payment options include cash or etransfer and pickup is at my home in the Brevoort Park neighborhood.

Hey folks, I would like to share a few of my gluten-free experiences here in Italy 🇮🇹. I was thrilled to discover that Italy is one of the easiest places in the world to enjoy safe, delicious food as a celiac. There is so much knowledge, training of restaurant and hotel staff, and understanding of what cross-contact is.
According to the Italian Celiac Association, about 1% of Italians are celiac. Italians are very conscious of the connection between food and health. In addition, food is central to Italian life and community and the thought of someone having to miss out because of a disease is inconceivable! This country puts our own to shame!
Mostly I have used my Find Me Gluten-free app to find restaurants and bakeries and was often overwhelmed with choices within walking distance. While sightseeing in Venice, I had no need of my app as many restaurants had clear signage of gf options. Every business I have frequented so far had 2 separate kitchens or was a dedicated gf facility, and they were approved by the ICA. In grocery stores, gf food is clearly labelled and sometimes in English as well! The produce here is grown locally and is so fresh and tasty! I have eaten my body weight in fruits and vegetables lol. Not to mention the fresh cheese 😋.
I am including some pics of a few of my meals, the restaurants and bakeries.

Pi 🥧 Day is March 14th. I could make pies with sufficient notice or you could choose from my selection of fruit tarts and butter tarts. No, it's not too late to purchase some baking for Thanksgiving. I spent the day replenishing a few things and although quantities are limited I have a good selection remaining. After a delayed start up due to an extended summer season and a sprained wrist, I am back! I have stocked many items in time for Thanksgiving and the fall season. Please refer to details in the post about my availability, pricing and baking list.

I will be out of town from September 28th until October 3rd and then gone again on October 6th to the 8th. I am accepting pre-orders for Pumpkin and Pecan pies and will have those ready by October 7th.
I have made a few changes to some of my products. As well, due to ever increasing grocery prices, the price of some of my products has increased.
My miniloaves will now be available as muffins. The same ingredients and but different shape 😉 2 muffins are the equivalent of 1 miniloaf in weight.
Tarts are now available instead of pies (still doing pumpkin and pecan pies). I prefer tarts as they are a single portion and can be warmed up in the oven to serve. Both tarts and muffins are available to mix and match at $2 a piece.

All right folks, I am taking last orders before I close up for the summer. As previously mentioned I am taking an extended break into the fall and am unsure at this time when I will return.
If you would like to order something for pick up before June 29th please let me know by June 10th. I will need to plan my baking days around my work schedule.
Please note that items listed with an asterisk * are of limited stock and I will not be restocking.
All baking is prepared in a dedicated gluten free kitchen by an experienced celiac baker. Baking mixes are also available for those who prefer to bake their own. Payment options include cash or etransfer sent to my email. I am located in the Brevoort Park neighborhood in Saskatoon.

ICE CREAM SANDWICHES: Chocolate cookies with vanilla ice cream, Chocolate cookies with chocolate ice cream, Gingersnaps with vanilla ice cream. $3 a piece

CUPCAKES: Carrot cake with cream cheese icing, Bottomless, Lemon Poppyseed with lemon cream cheese icing. $7.50 per pack of 4

CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES: Chocolate *, Lemon * SOLD OUT,, Raspberry *, Caramel Swirl. $8 per pack of 4

COOKIES: Snickerdoodles, Gingersnaps, Skor/Pecan Shortbread *, Oatmeal chocolate chip *. $7.50 per pack of 12. Haystacks, Cuban Lunch. $8 per pack of 12.

SQUARES: Turtle Squares, Skor Triangles, Nanaimo Squares, Lemon Squares *, Double Chocolate Brownies, Brownies with sea salt caramel chipits and chopped nuts, Brownies with white chocolate chipits and macadamia nuts. $7.50 per pack of 12.

BUTTER TARTS: Raisin, Pecan or Plain. $2 per tart in packs of 4 or 9. Mix and match option available.

PIES: Apple, Blueberry, Cherry and Pecan. $14 per pie. The fruit pies are egg free and can be made with a dairy free crust if requested.

MINILOAVES: Banana chocolate chip, Banana nut, Lemon Blueberry, Orange Raspberry, Orange Cranberry, Rhubarb, Date Pistachio. Loaves are dairy free except Banana chocolate chip and Rhubarb. $7.50 per pack of 2.

This is what I have currently in stock. I am out of town from May 30th until June 5th if you would like anything before that. Supplies of some items are limited and while I will be restocking ice cream sandwiches and some squares and cookies, I am quickly approaching my summer shut down.
