We have had several last-minute urgent calls this spring and summer by people who have been ghosted by another Inflatable rental company in the city.

Please protect yourself and your event with these helpful tips when choosing an Inflatable rental company:

☑️Check online reviews and ratings
One of the best ways to ascertain the reliability of a bounce house rental company is by checking online reviews and ratings. Previous customers’ experiences can provide valuable insights into the company’s professionalism, service quality, and how they handle issues.

☑️Ask if the inflatables are certified by TSASK (Technical Safety Authority of Saskatchewan).
Have you ever noticed that little certificate hanging in each elevator that shows it has been inspected and safe to use? The same folks inspect our inflatables each spring. It takes a few days, but each unit is set up, inspected by a third party and issued an amusement ride license after it passes a thorough safety inspection. Safety should always be top priority when renting an inflatable.

☑️Make sure they are Insured!
A reliable bounce house rental company will have adequate insurance coverage and will not hesitate to send you a copy of their certificate of insurance.

☑️Verify their cancellation Policy
Understanding the company’s cancellation policy before booking is important. Look for a company with a fair and understandable policy that provides options in case of bad weather. We live in Saskatchewan after all!

☑️Evaluate their Customer Service

We often get asked “How far do you go?” when it comes to our inflatable deliveries…. Today Bryce & Kevin are up in Stanley Mission- loading our inflatables onto a Pontoon boat that will take them across the lake to set up.

We have been going to Stanley Mission each year for over 10 years and it is one of our coolest deliveries.
