Jerad: The weekend is nearly here! I find it always seems to FLY BY, and we're back to work before we know it.

There was a Reddit thread where people were talking about ways to make it feel a bit longer. Biggest tip was to get chores done during the week, so we're not spending all our downtime doing housework.

Pat: W (and I cannot stress this enough) TF?! Sorry for kinda swearing but this has been bouncing around inside my brain since I read it last week.

Do couples really not have their own vehicles? I have never met a couple where each one doesn't have a vehicle that's more "theirs".

If this is you, first off, props for being patient and also weird (but not bad weird). I have so many questions though. Do you discuss who is taking which car in advance? Is there a sign-out sheet on the fridge? Or is it first come first served? Pure anarchy? The Purge but like with cars?

I need answers.

Jerad: It's been quite a busy Summer, but it's been one PACKED full of experiences! Have you learned anything new this year? What is it?

My biggest undertaking has been learning about becoming a homeowner. Lots of great experiences that come with that....one that I am most excited about is GARDENING. Man, what an amazing and rewarding thing to get into.

I also learned a ton about pickling beets from my girlfriend and her family this weekend! SO GOOD.

Pat: Anyone who listened to the show last week knew that our family was on baby watch. My sister was a week past her due date so we kept placing bets on when my nephew would arrive.

Well it happened on Friday! Meet Dominic. He’s happy, healthy, and super quiet. Mom and Dad are doing great too!

It’s their first boy so drop some tips or life-hacks on raising boys please 👇 Sarah has a boy and she told them to prepare to get peed on more lol. So that's where we are at the moment.

Mutilated Moose

On August 27 Saskatoon conservation officers received a TIPP call reporting an unlawfully harvested moose on private land southeast of Alvena, SK. Officers attended the area and collected some evidence. It is believed that the moose was killed during the late evening of August 26th or early the morning of the 27th.
