Practice Update from Dr. Woloschuk I am writing today to provide an update on the planned closure of my practice. As announced on Nov 27/2023, my medical practice at Herold Road Family Physicians will be closing effective May 24/2024.

Due to the inclement weather the office will be CLOSED today. If you are having an emergency please call 911 or go to your nearest ER. If you wish to speak to the physician on call, please call our regular line @ 306-374-2404 and your call will be directed. If you need to schedule or reschedule an appointment you will have to wait until Monday to do so. Please stay safe and use discretion if you choose to venture out in this weather.
