2023 Recap - FOOD EDITION. 🥬 🍗 🥑 I thought it would be fun to share. As a nutritionist, clients often ask me what I eat. The truth is I like simple, wholesome meals that don’t take a tonne of time… some guidelines that I follow are: 1) Make sure meals are balanced with quality protein, healthy fats and complex carbs. ⚖️ 2) Eat what is in season for the best nutrient bang for our buck. ☀️ 3) Choose locally sourced when possible. 🍁 4) Eat the rainbow 🌈 5) Food should be delicious! 🤤 Eating healthy doesn’t have to feel restrictive when we focus on the positive first.
