Position Overview
Sign production, fabrication, light installations, general shop and yard maintenance

Job Functions:
- Develop a good understanding of the sign process to produce variety of signage in most efficient manner
- Sign Production (vinyl cutting, weeding/masking, digital printing on vinyl, laminating, installation of various medias onto substrates)
- Installation of vehicle decals and various vinyl graphics and signs in the field
- Develop knowledge of various equipment to be proficient in cleaning and maintenance of equipment
- Meet all deadlines or communicate with manager when deadlines cannot be met
- Communicate with manager when product is ready
- Cleaning and maintenance of production room and shop
- Yard maintenance and management

Skills and Abilities:
- Must work well in a team environment to determine best course of production for various projects
- Self motivated with a positive attitude
- Organized and detail oriented
- Mechanically inclined
- Light carpentry skills and knowledge of power and hand tools
- Able to lift/carry heavy objects
- Comfortable working on ladders and lifts
- Possess a valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Able to communicate effectively with co-workers and clients
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Forklift operation (appropriate training provided)
- Interest in potential future high reach truck training and installations
