✨ Cranial Sacral Therapy!!!

✨ The name Craniosacral originates from the words Cranio (Cranium) and Sacral (Sacrum). The Cranium and Sacrum are connected through the outermost membrane called Dura Matter, which surrounds the central nervous system, the brain, and the spinal cord and protects the cerebrospinal fluid.
Together the cranium, the sacrum and the dura matter form the Craniosacral system.

✨ CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a light touch approach of the bones in the skull, spine, and pelvis, with the objective of increasing the flow of cerebrospinal fluid throughout the entirety of the central nervous system. Which can create dramatic improvements in your life. It releases tension deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole body health and performance.

💐 Happy Mother’s Day 💐

✨ So much Gratitude!

✨So some of you know, I had my device (defibrillator replacement) surgery on April 25th and it went exactly the way I wanted! I am so GRATEFUL how it went that day! I was able to not be conscious of what was happening……….so so happy!

✨ I am too, so GRATEFUL, for those who sent me messages, well wishes and healing vibes.
Thank you! Thank you! It was so appreciated and they gave me so much comfort!

✨I am still recovering, but have been healing nicely so far! Though, I will say having this surgery, it brought up some emotions that I didn’t expect.
It brought up so many memories, memories on how it was the first time I had the device put in.

✨It reminded me, how so very GRATEFUL I am to been able to witness all these wonderful and some not so wonderful memories these past 12 years.

✨ I even remember waking up right after (well maybe not right after, after the grogginess haha) thinking I am so grateful, lucky and amazed by all the things I have endured in this life and how I am still here to witness it. I have been so emotional over this because I know that someday I won’t be here and I don’t want to take any of my experiences or memories for granted.

✨I also have been blessed to been able to meet all of you and continue to be there for you all on your journey, I may not always express it but please believe me when I say I am so BLESSED or GRATEFUL for you all that have crossed on my path. Each and every one of you have given me something in return for which I am so GRATEFUL for.

Today is my rebirth day!! It was 12 years ago, that I had my collapse and still to this day I am so ever grateful for all the people that were at the Vernon Rec centre that afternoon. I am so forever grateful to be able to witness everything good and bad through these 12 years.
