This past weekend we were happy to deliver our Women’s Self Defense Course in Revelstoke BC - hosted by Revelstoke Shotokan Sensei Chantal Faucher and the Hillcrest Resort & Hotel. Over 30 participants of all ages had a great time learning common sense techniques. Special thanks also to Sensei’s Sheri, Alex and Cameron Green from Cranbrook Shotokan for traveling to join with us. 8th November children's class cancelled - kids can train with the Teen & Adults on 9th November though!

Thursday 9th November combined class will be held at the Spruce Grove Arena Agrena Room, above Stu Barnes Arena, 9 Agrena Road, Spruce Grove. Gi's optional, work out clothing is good with running shoes for self-defense night 6:00 - 7:30 PM !! Parents welcome to join in 😉

School break week of 13th November - no classes for the 13th to 16th :(
