I am super excited to talk about my latest designs. I showed a sneak peek of this duo and many of you reached out about preordering these as yardage only. It is now here and available to preorder now on 5 different bases.

After all the moving over the last few days, today, we said the final goodbye to our little store of 6 years. I am grateful for the time we had, yet also grateful to look ahead to what else is in store. Thank you again so much for all your kindest wishes and comments! I've read through every single one and truly appreciate you all!

Today, I also managed to sit and paint. It started with a single sunflower and that grew to a couple of sunflowers ;)

Hi PLK family!

It’s been so busy that I haven’t had a chance to post here. But I just want to thank you all so so much from the bottom of my heart for being here, and supporting this dream, also for all the sales especially to help with this move 🩷 You make PLK what it is because without you I would’nt have been here for all these years. We had a tough Friday saying goodbye but all is well and I will not post the sad picture here 🤗

I just want to clear some questions a few of you are having. I know it’s been a bit vague if we’re moving or closing or both.

Our lease came up unexpectedly and really caused us to think and pray for the next direction.
I am leaning towards doing small releases as my time and inspiration allows. However because it will run out of my home at the moment, I am not entirely sure at what capacity I would like it to be. My kids are growing; with 2 in high school this year, so time does fly. And I’d like to continue to be as present as I can for my them, my family, church, and other needs of life.

The path is still a tad uncertain, I have some ideas and leads, and might also consider selling my designs in the future, or do a mini collaboration of some kind. If you have any suggestions just let me know 🤗🩷

I am not sure where PLK will eventually end up, but the best place I know to be is to be in His perfect will.

The website closes Wednesday August 21st to facilitate the move.
And opening date is TBD.
The last shipping from the current store is Tuesday Aug 22nd.
The winter preorder will be shipped as usual in September.

Thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart to ALL of you who have made PLK what it is today. My team, my admins, my sewists. And you all who cloth your loved ones in handmade, one stitch at a time. It is so worth it.
