Worship Nights //
This January as a part of our 21 Days of Prayer & Fasting we will be gathering together (at Parkland Church) for a worship night on Friday 26th January at 6:00pm. This night is part of our spiritual preparation for 2024. Join with us as we surrender the year to Him and exalt His name!

PRAYER & FASTING //
This month we will be seeking the Lord collectively through prayer & fasting. We ask that you would prayerfully consider how you can fast this month. Our Prayer & Fasting will commence January 8th and conclude January 28th.

LEGACY 2023 //

Advent is here! We are looking forward to this Christmas season and the opportunities we'll have as a church to reflect on and celebrate the birth of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

We would love to invite you and your family to join us this Christmas Eve at 10am here at our Squamish campus. Kids will join us for our family candlelit services, which will be fun for all ages!

We know people are far more open to attending a church service this time of year, and our Christmas Eve services will point people to Jesus and the message of love and hope that is found in life with him. Ultimately, we're believing for salvations in all campuses this Christmas Eve!

With that in mind, let's be praying over this season, and be thinking of who we could invite to come with us to a service.

JUBILEE //
Hey! You! This evening we have our Christmas Jubilee at 7:00pm. Join us in your Christmas best & bring a gift for our gift exchange. Register through link in highlights! We can’t wait to see out this year celebrating the goodness of God.

VISION SUNDAY //
This weekend we get to hear from our Lead Pastors as they share what God has planned for us over the next few years. This is not the Sunday you want to miss. So get prayed up, prepare your heart and tell your friends, God has incredible things in store for us!

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:
Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning
We will remember them.

LIGHT THE NIGHT //
Trunk or Treat!
On October 31, Avant Life Squamish will be hosting our very first Trunk or Treat.

If you’ve never heard of trunk or treat, consider it a cool twist on the old-fashioned trick-or-treating and a way to bring our community together. The parking lot at church will be full of cars with elaborately decorated trunks where children and families can go from car to car for treats, games, and other fun.

As the Squamish campus, let’s be a light on this night, and gather our cars in our parking lot, pop the trunks, decorate and design fun ideas for the people of our community to be blessed.

Here is what we need from you:

1. Register to decorate your vehicle 🚗
(We want to make this event focused on light and fun so no scary themes will be accepted.)

2. Donate Candy 🍬
(We need lots of candy donated. Candy can be dropped off at the Squamish Campus Tuesday - Thursday and Sunday, October 22 and October 29!)

3. Pray 🙏
Pray that this event blesses our community and opens doors for the Light of Christ to come into their lives.

MOVE FOR FREEDOM //
Avant Life Church is excited to be participating in ALLY Global’s Move for Freedom event.

ALLY Global is a non-profit based in Vancouver that works in global Human Trafficking Awareness and Prevention, as well as the long-term sustainable recovery of survivors.

We’re so excited to be supporting their efforts. As a campus, our goal is to raise $5000 in donations. So whether or not you’re available to participate, we encourage you to tell your friends and family and consider donating toward this goal!

We will be walking around the estuary in Squamish on August 6 at 10:30am. Make sure to register online, we’d love to see you there! If you’re able to donate toward our $5,000 goal, please follow the link on our website.

you! Come out at 7PM (snacks provided) and learn more about the heart of our church and how you can be a part of
it.

ONE HEART //
We are so excited to be gathering together across all our campuses for One Heart this coming Monday. If you are a part of a serve team or want to be, come hear God’s heart for our church In this coming season. See you at 7pm at our North Shore location.

VISION AND WORSHIP NIGHT //
Squamish fam! We would love to invite you along to our vision and worship night on Monday the 9th. Kicking off at 6:30pm with donuts 🍩 , join with us as we get excited for what God is doing in and through our church and in this amazing city. God is not finished yet!

Alpha // Is there more to life than this?

We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to ask the big questions of life. What is my purpose? What happens when I die? Why is there suffering?

Alpha is a chance to ask these big questions and explore the Christian faith in a fun, low-pressure environment. Each session includes dinner, a short film and a discussion where you can share what you think with a small group of people just like you. Alpha is meant to be a space for people who wouldn’t typically go to church, where no question is off limits. And it’s all completely free!

Good people, good food and good discussions. Make sure to register online via our website for this Sunday, May 1!
