I really do notice that some of the toughest challenges I’ve ever endured, have always taken me to the most amazing places - it’s always worth the effort. Learn to enjoy the journey, I find that’s why the destination is always so awesome 🙌😊❤️💪 ⛷🍻 skins

What is it that drives us into our passions? Curiosity, inspiration, seeing others in embracing being in their element? Even before I knew what I was doing on a bike, or even just simply lacking style... (pictured lol) I knew I wanted to fly, I wanted to feel the freedom that came with exploring the places that only fat tires could take you. What do you want to feel in this life, what will give you that exhilaration of living , what will you try next to get there... 😮😄❤️🙌

Do you ever feel stuck in life, where you get to those cross roads and...well, I wish there was some roads to choose from here, but all I can see is the same one I’ve been going along these last few years and I’m not sure it goes anywhere?! 😳 On a brighter note- how talented is expressing what’s nice (and hiding what’s not so nice)😜😄

Running form... speed dictates your stride length and foot strike. So long as your foot lands under your point of gravity (hips) You will have an efficient and injury free running form 😊😎👍 ...who doesn’t want that!??
