These are gluten free and keto friendly.

If you'd like to order I need 12 to 24 hours order notice as they need to set in the fridge.

I do have have some larger size ones on hand (pictured below) today that are $5 each as they are equivalent to two of my regular size fuel balls. Comment or DM to order 🤗

Welcome to Munch Fuel!

My name is Brittany and I've created this platform due to the lack of local healthy snack options here in St. John's. I was really struggling to find healthy snacks that left me feeling full and satisfied my cravings. So I created Munch Fuel!

The first product I'm going to introduce are Fuel Balls, which are my take on an energy peanutbutter ball. They are delicious, crunchy, satisfying and packed with superfoods, protein, fibre and healthy fats. Great for post workout, or for an afternoon pick me up!
BONUS they're gluten free and keto friendly!
