With the storm that came through yesterday, there is sure to be a lot of new faces show up in town to try to get your insurance money. For those of you interested, this is dry rot in a floor joist. It cannot be salvaged especially when it is used for structural. This particular problem has caused the floor above to drop an inch so far and will continue until it is replaced
